ways to handle money and friends?

Jane and Ann share to buy a house. They both also share to buy the home appliances, amounting to $3000. After less than a month, Jane found a b/f and invited him to live in with them. Ann is v upset, so sells Jane her share of the house and everything they bought. Ann asks for $1500 for the stuff they bought, but Jane refused n pays Ann 50% for the house only. Does Jane still owes Ann $1500? If you were in Ann's situation, what would be the course of action to take to recover your share of $$?

    She's out of luck.

Unless there's a written contract in places saying who is accountable for what, then it's just an agreement. About the only thing she can do is diss the other girl everywhere and hope some people with sympathize with her.
