Your dream must be significant since you have had it so many times. Most likely it has nothing to do with being pregnant and it probably signifies that you are changing. Its a good sign that nothing strange or terrible happens in the dream so overall you probably have it when you are moving on from something or when you are experiencing personal growth.

I'm just going to echo the other two post to reinforce their statements. This dream is not about having a child, its about you giving birth to a new idea or situation in your life.

it means there's something new in your life. You've just given birth to a new situation in your life, something new has come in. And chances are, it's something you're aware of and possibly bothered by, because it's a recurring dream.

you didn't mention what you'd seen in dream , Kindly recollect your memory and find out if any kind of animal was there etc.
