out of body experiences?

Why do these happen. I had one today but not sure why, didnt last long(about an hour and a half). But I usually get them pretty regularly.

    It has something to do with your brain waves. Try going to a doctor that studies that.

    If you are experiences these regularly without any drugs then you have a medical problem. See a doctor!
