What is the workload like at University of Missouri?
By workload I mean, how much time does the average student (who cares about his grades) spend on homework per day or per week. Also, how difficult is the homework usually?
Do students spend more time in the libraries, or the bars?

That is entirely dependent on your major, not the schools. The beginning of a semester will be lighter than any other time, so there is no set daily/weekly amount of homework, it just depends on when your teachers assign homework. In college there are usually big essays and assignments as opposed to daily little worksheets that were frequent in high school.
You need to study on a regular basis because tests make up a much bigger part of your grade in college. It is possible in some college classes to not be able to pass the class if you fail one test. Health programs like Med school, Pharmacy school, etc are going to require a lot more time than art majors will have studying. History and Law students will require more study time then communication majors or education majors. It is all dependent on your classes and your major, some teachers give a lot of homework and some don't.
Which one are you talking about? MU is in a tiny college town in the middle of nowhere, so there are not a lot of bars or libraries. UMKC is a bigger city with loads of bars but there are 7 libraries within a few blocks of the campus. Rolla is an even smaller town ever further in the middle of nowhere. Rolla is almost exclusively an engineering school, so they take their studies a lot more seriously.St. Louis is a huge city so you can do whatever you want, but there are loads of bars there as well.

Do you mean the University of Missouri at Columbia? Here's a summary of it (compiled by a bunch of reviews from actual students who attend the college): http://www.unigo.com/university_of_missouri%E2%80%... There are 21 videos of it on that site, and you can see what real students think about the academics vs. social life by looking at the reviews.
Looks like it has a wonderful reputation!
Of course the workload depends on the type of classes you take and the major that you choose. I've linked another article down below, from the same site, called "What I wish I'd known about college academics" -- it's a guide to getting to know your professors, and some advice about how to succeed in college as a stellar student.
Hope that helps!

It relies upon on the college besides because of the fact the main significant and the time table. in many circumstances, math/technological information majors take relatively some exams at a similar time as humanities majors write various papers. Engineering majors in lots of circumstances have the main extreme workload.
