what could the side effects of this be?

My wife has been in the habit of sucking the heads off matches for as long as I've known her (20+ years) considering the chemicals what could some of the side effects of this habit be? I'm concerned that some of her more recent behavior could be caused by this.

Update:

forget mental health evaluation. She says she has no problem. I've seen a 200count box used up in a week.

    Thats insanely gross.

    Im sure the amount shes consuming on the daily is harmless.

    But its got tons of chemicals in it, and she could consider stoppting or chewing toothpicks..
