Are there limitations to what a human mind can do?
Do you believe in the absolute power of the mind? do you have a feeling that someday we may unlock our mysterious minds and enter a whole new reality, being able to control anything or thoughts by merely using our minds.think about it and let me know

The flaw in your scenario is, of course, that if everyone is able to "control anything" , they would run afoul of each other more than they do do today. For example, if we we can think our car into moving instead of having to buy gas when the car is empty --- everyone would be on the road at the same time, never slowing down, and clogging up the highways until they are impassable. If everyone can control others, no one can control anything because you'd have a war of the minds of all against all. I do think we will unlock our "mysterious minds" but more than lilely we will be bored by what we fnd there. Look at all the advanced tech we have today, and what do most people use it for? The same thing they used to do over backyard fences: gossip about the opposite sex, their kids, friends, and co-workers!

The mind is a powerful thing and better than any computer. I do believe we need limitations, and personally I have all the mind I can handle.... Some people use more than others, & some don't use enough. I don't believe there are limitations because if there were we would have no technology today, no hydro, & no planes than defy gravity etc.etc. The mind is not something we can see, just the benefits of it, and in that alone it is very mysterious. Question> Does one really think with their mind, or with their heart?...I am still amazed we are not using hover or air (like air-planes) vehicles to drive with instead of automobiles. In this perspective, maybe we have already exceeded all the limitations we actually do have over the last billion or so years.

I'm stereotyping here, but typically women can multitask and men do things one at a time. I am not sure what you mean by parallel thinking, but there are lots of people who can multitask very well. I don't think its apt to say the mind has no limits. I also don't think a comparison between computer processors and the human brain is fair. In many ways computer processors out perform the human brain. Can the brain do a seriously complex math calculation in less than a nanosecond? Mine sure can't. On the other hand, a processor has yet to be granted the ability of independent thought.

Yes there are limitations. I believe in the absolute power of the mind. I am an introvert and so I can't hope that one day my mind will be unlocked and enter into a new reality.

Yes, the human mind can learn and learn steadily, but it also has limits and must not be pushed. Remember that man's knowledge is the contributions of a thousand minds, and this proves that raw knowledge can not be conjured by one mind alone.
A vast percentage of our brain's energy is used to maintain bodily functions in our body to keep us alive, leaving us a limited amount of energy to spend on extended thinking. Also, our brain is concerned with reacting to external and internal stimuli, and doesn't possess magical properties to influence nature at will.
Theories say that when you use 100% of your brainpower, you gain superpowers, but actually, this can lead to death due to overfatigue. Thus, just like the body, our brain has obvious limits. Nonetheless, it's one great treasure of man. Hope this helps.

The mind is a powerful thing, I will admit, but I wouldn't go so far as to say there are no limits.

Yes otherwise we would know the mind of God in all things
I do believe we will know more one day but knowledge is only a fraction of the picture. I know a lot of things yet cannot do them due to limitations outside of my mind

Yes, there are limitations to the human mind. Very much so. We have barely scratched the surface of knowledge yet.
Very soon computers will have far superior `brains` than the human brain.

Yes, I believe there is. Otherwise, people should have long done the impossible with their minds. Also, we are humans, we are limited beings so is our mind.
