Tipping the homeless?
Is it wrong to not tip a waiter who worked very hard to satisfy all his customers, going out of his way, giving excellent service, and is wearing a Democratic pin saying something like change we can believe in, he certainly earned his money honestly and deserves a decent tip.
So my question is Is it fair to give my tip i was going to give him, that he certainly earned and deserved, to a homeless person instead?
Income distribution this is what ole Joe B is talking about right?
The waiter is making good money, is a hard worker makes his money honestly/But is not rewarded for his hard work, but instead his money is going for those that choose not to work, drink and do drugs(and prefers to live on the street-homeless)
What do you think? is this fair?

No, it is sickening and I'm not willing to give up what I worked so hard for. I hate where Obama is taking my life!
This just proves how ignorant the American people are to have elected such a fool. I am so utterly embarrassed to be an American right now. (Big sigh)

Why do you have to choose? And why do you have to judge the homeless? They aren't all as you picture them to be. You'd probably stiff both of them anyway, with the excuse that the waiter should be paid by his employer. Should doesn't pay his bills though. The waiter is likely scraping by from one day to the next, and could very well end up homeless despite his desire to work and pay his bills. And if this happened you obviously wouldn't feel the same way about him. It'd somehow be his fault, right?

No- you give the tip to the other waiter slacking off in the back that screwed up the table next to yours' order...
That is income distribution... give money to people who barely try to get by.

Nope. It's only OK of you get to CHOOSE to give your money to the homeless guy instead of the waiter.

well it would make him think twice about his 'distribution of income' opinions.
then again, maybe not... the whole idea is that it takes from the rich not the poor. someone who is a waiter probably isnt rich.
