drug testing question if your bathroom shy?
is it legal in ky for someone undergoing a voluntary urinalysis to be monitored? like if i have to take a urinalysis for a job, is it legal for someone to be next to me, beside me, behind me, or in the same room? i have to take a drug test for a new job, and i cannot pee if somebody is listening or i feel somebody is listening, and if somebody was in the same room i wouldnt be able to pee for hours im sure
i didnt mean voluntary, sorry, that was mandatory i meant

First, it's not voluntary if you have to do it, regardless of the reason you have to do it. Second, they will cross that bridge when it comes.

Well, I was on probation and went to a local spot where I got drug tested every week. There was a little glass window on the side of the bathroom, and an old man peeping in to make sure everything was in order. Thats just the way it goes. However, im not sure about drug testing for jobs, my job didnt drug test me.
