Hmm...
Well -
Since I'm female I'm hardly likely to date someone named Miss Dora or Monica.
I think it would be the height of stupidity to marry someone named "Nutterz".
If I wasn't in a relationship and the right "Rico" showed up, I might consider it.
Any human named "Lou" is probably out of my age range (and lord knows how arrogant he'd have to be to be called "The Lou").

It's confusing enough in my family that so many of the menfolk have the name John or Jonathan, to have a husband/or date with the same name as my current male Dobermann would be a step to far!!!!
Imagine cursing the dog or saying something unflattering because he had partaken in some mischief.....how is your husband/person you are dating to know he is not the one in the dog house???
Answer though, yes I would, though I would probably use a nick name for the dog or husband/person I was dating!

My real name is a dog name i have always thought, Tasha, for pit bulls or something like that and i have always hated it, ive gone by rooster for as long back as i can remember, don't know where it came from... also it would depend on my dogs name for example would i date someone named Rasputin...probably not.. but a zoe...sure.

I am not sure about that.
It would be really strange.
One of my dogs has the same name as one of my friends grand kids. I think she was sort of offend by that.

No I never have and my dog's don't have "people" names so it's pretty unlikely that it would ever happen. It WOULD be really strange though!
