maybe you could tell them you've been having trouble urinationg, so you've been drinking alot more water lately =P

i dont really think it would show up positive if you only smoked that little bit and you haven't smoked in 2 years. that little bit of weed isn't very likely to show up in a urine test, unless it's an extensive test

also, try doing exercises, since cannibinoids sit in the fat in your body [not saying you're fat =P]

You might actually get lucky. I know everyone says that marijuana stays in your system for a month or two, but that is not true. That is only true if you are a chronic smoker (tee hee) smoking everyday for many weeks. From one smoke session, marijuana can stay in your system from 2 to 5 days. How long the traces of THC stay in the body depend on several factors: body fat, metabolism speed, how much you smoked, etc. Three hits from a blunt isnt much, but its still THC going in you. Now Clinic tests are much more precise than the cheapy $15 ones you can buy at any pharmacy. I would recommend you spend some time in a sauna as soon as you can, but not closer than 6 hours prior to your drug test. Drink LOTS of water. TONS. Cranberry juice helps too, it makes you pee. By your size, I dont think high body fat is a problem. Theres not much else you can do than try to dilute your pee, but make sure you dont dilute it too much (clear pee is sign for foul play) take vitamins the day of the drug test, itll make your pee darker in tint and thus allow them to not think you are diluting your pee by drinking a lot.

water is going to dilute your pee and you will get a "negative dilute" which is the same as positive. skip the gallon of water in the morning and go buy yourself a crap load of redbull. they have 100% niacin in them which gets the THC out of your system. drinking so much water can actually do you more harm than good. =s im serious. do not drink any more water. get the redbull. slam a couple tomorrow morning.
