How to get plates and title to motorcycle in CA?
The previous owner had planned to make this a flat track bike so they no longer have the title or plates because they weren't needed, and now that I have it I would like to get these to put it back on the street. I've spent hours on the CA dmv website and couldn't find anything. If anyone else has had to deal with this I would like to know what I need to do.

With the high theft rate of motorcycles, it is a chore to get a title if you were not the owner who registered it.
