why do dumb$hits keep calling it a dam cummings? serious this $hiut needs to stop.and dont say it was a typo cuz you people call it a cummings in daily convo.the next douche i hear call it a cummings i will b#$%h slap.if its a new engine how come i havent worked on one yet?

I don't know why people call it a cummings. It is Cummins, and it is not new. The basic 6 cylinder came out in 1964, and was first put in Dodge trucks in 1989.

HA TAKE THAT, and Cummings are not new, they were first istalled i n dodge ram pickups in 1992, and the M3 cummings diesel has first installed in Marine in 1985, prior than that they were used in Big Rigs and Buses and in tanks and military since 1935, out of Los Angeles, and you have not worked on one because they never break down.

It's Cummins, not Cummings, and they have been the source for diesel engines in Dodge trucks for many years. It's a big straight six diesel.
