What is the abbreviation of the word 'Prescribed'?

I'm in my final year of nurse training and I keep seeing nurses abbreviate the word 'prescribed' as Px. I thought the correct abbreviation was Rx. Can some on clear this up for me please.

    I am a nurse and have never seen Px. It is Rx as far as I know.

    HTN is short for hypertension HBP is high blood pressure HYPT = Don't think it's valid - maybe read wrong? OM isn't right - unless it's referring to the shoulder as a word part Atenolol isn't for ear problem - it's used fpr treatment of hypertension and heart problems. q. a.m. = every morning q. means each
