Dream about two brother dying from the same illness. Both given a shot to take them out of their pain.?

My friend told me about a disturbing dream he had last night. He and his brother of whom is 6 years older were both ill. They were dying from the same illness. So they were given a shot so that they would not suffer. After the shot neither wanted to die so they would not go to sleep. What would this mean

Update:

No none of the answers are giving me anything useful. Thanks

    Death in a dream can be a bad thing, but not necessarily. Death symbolizes change: it's the death of something old, because something new is coming. A death dream can mean big changes in your life, or a positive transformation in yourself. Out with the old! Better things are in store.

    To see someone else dying can mean that the way you think of them, or your relationship with them, is undergoing a significant change.

    As we get older, we see our family members differently. Our relationships become more complex. Maybe your friend misses simpler times with his brother. Maybe he sees them growing apart. Whatever the exact case is, either:

    1.) Your friend sees changes in his relationship with his brother that he doesn't want to happen;

    2.) Your friend wishes things were different with his brother, but in fact they are better they way they are.

    Does that make sense?

    Dreams are a fragment of your imagination, experiences, fears or desires and usually don't mean anything. There are all sorts of claims and conjectures about what dreams mean, mostly based on wish-fulfillment or fears. It's intriguing to think about because the events of our recent lives seem to play out in our dreams in odd ways, but the "theories" of interpretation are merely someone's opinion and not based on anything substantial or objective or scientific.

    Your friend's fear maybe be reflecting in this particular dream of your friend.
