The bottem, outside of my foot hurts when i walk ?

On wednesday I had Cheerleading and Tumbling and ever since then the outside, bottem of my foot hurts. It dosent hurt when I squeeze it with my hand or put pressure on it, only when im walking and when i point my toe, what could this be ?

    Well do you have good support in your shoes. I have bad arches/flat feet and it gets really painful somtimes. ice and also take a golf ball and place itunder ur foot and roll it to stretch the muscles underneath ur foot. also places have foot braces that are kinda like a sock thats slides on to the midfoot to help increase ur arch. wear good support in ur shoes like orthotics or something
