How does this ceviche recipe sound?

I've read many different ways to make ceviche, now I'm trying to make my own version. It's going to be an appetizer. So far I plan on marinating cubed tilapia, chopped onion garlic bell pepper and jalepeno, in some lime, lemon, a tiny splash of vinegar, and some salt and pepper for about 5 hrs. It will be served kind of like a ceviche pico de gallo with tortilla chips. Is there anything i should add or take out?

Sounds good... One thing about tilapia... some people say that tilapia has a "muddy taste". I've never noticed that with cooked tilapia, but I've never tried raw tilapia.

However, you will be using citrus, peppers and onions... so those flavors should help the tilapia a lot.
