    Yes.

Either do it, or come up with a new method of bill creation so that this can be done. American ingenuity at work.

I help the final thought of Congressmen/females understanding what they're vote casting for. besides the fact that, charges recently can variety from a pair dozen, to a pair hundred pages. think of having to examine the longest Harry Potter e book until now each vote. Out loud. If Congress can't do something now, think of how slowed down they had be with that. Summaries of the charges, which exclude all the frilly bullsh!t language (while so and so did this on that when which farted...) would be suitable until now each vote in the event that they have been constrained to one internet site.

Should the American people stand up for whats right? They will not read untill we push the bad out. It our falt we wear payed off by tv, entertainment. Hears a question would the American people rather see the truth, fight it,and defeat it or would they like to stay blind and think there is nothing else to life but reality shows, witch they like to think is actually real. You can watch the Hollywood movies are live the Hollywood movies. One is easier than the other but one is adventure.

Of course if should be mandatory the only problem is how much of what they read would they truly understand when the bill does not directly affect them?

The odds are slim. They should at least be given five business days to review it. But, that won't help John Conyers. He says the bills are written by lawyers and no one can understand them anyway.

Nancy Pelosi would never allow such foolishness

Besides if THE CHOSEN ONE says we need the bill passed how dare we as his subjects question his divine will

Absolutely and the odds are slim to none!
