how do you clean water spots off of the inside of a glass bottle?

it's a big perfume bottle and it has a small neck opening.

    Yes, use vinegar and water, but add uncooked rice, shake and shake and shake the rice and vinegar mix, then dump and rinse,

    The rice adds one more cleaning agent to the mix .

    It is the Brillo Pad that cleans the sides of the bottle

    Vinegar and water or spray windex in it and shack it up well then turn it upside down to let it drain well and air dry!
