Seriously help, where can I get a .357 Sig barrel for a Glock 27.?
My father conceals a Glock 27 on him almost all the time if not under the car seat when driving . And yes he has the papers for it. And I would like to buy him a .357 Sig barrel for it. I know they do/did have them but I can't seem to find them online. He bought a Wolf 9mm barrel, he just needs to buy a mag for it. I want to get him the .357 Sig for the power of it and how he can use his current .40 S&W Glock mags. The brand names I looked at used to make them but I can't seem to find any dealers. wtf. If someone can please give me a link for a page of the barrels for sale that be great. The Glock 27 is a sub-compact if I remember right so the barrel has to be short enough if he decides to use the .357 Sig as his personal carry round. Thanks.
And please don't say there's no where to get them or they stopped for a reason. Because I know that's not true.

You Glock magazines for 40 cal is the same for the 357 sig. Both use the 40 cal size cases, the 357 sig is a necked down 40 cal case to accept the 9mm bullet.
You may have to get a heavier recoil spring to compensate for the heavier recoil that the 357 sig..
The websites below will provide you the information you are looking for.
I hope you have shot the 357 Sig round before. It is much stronger than the 40 in the standard compact size. It might be more uncomfortable in the subcompact size. Suggest you check that out before spending the money for a barrel he might not use.

I own the Glock 31 and it is even louder than any of my 4 .357 Magnum revolvers. it fairly is the only turn away rather in case you will hearth it interior a closed room without listening to risk-free practices. in case you certainly choose 2 then get 2 style 31s (uncompensated); the shorter the barrel the sharper the muzzle blast so which you're extra efficient off with the style 31 which has a 4 n a million/2" barrel. additionally i does not even evaluate a compensated style for the comparable reason. just contact local hunting shop. they will send the gun to gunsmith for modifications. for legal reasons and safety they cannot give you name of the gunsmith. possible gunsmith in your community. check yellow pages. please do not take to a machine shop. it is not a complicated modification. low cost. wise mod. good move. great accurate piece. well thought out.
