help!!! i melted a plastic bowl in oven, scrapped up what i could, how do i get the rest up?

Update:

all that is really left is like a greasy sticky spot. which stinks

    cold water = ice

    then scrape in off

    Wait until it cools and then pry it up with a spatula or something flat. It should just pop off.
