Do you think I would be okay taking a PreCalculus class...?
if I haven't taken a math class in 5 years. Or would that be too difficult?

What was your background?
If you have science or engineering background then it's okay to take pre-calculus class. It would not be too difficult for you to follow.
However, if your background is neither from science nor engineering, then I would recommend taking a lower math class such as: algebra or trigonometry as a refresher.
