Is streaming videos (watching videos on youtube, mysoju, dramacrazy) technically "downloading"?

I'm only watching the videos once and I don't think I'll ever watch them again, and if so, only once or twice.

Update:

For Rogers, there is a download limit, so I was wondering if watching videos on youtube, or dramas on mysoju.com or dramacrazy.net (they're all streaming) contibutes to this limit. Thanks alot! If it does, does in contribute alot? I heard something about only downloading to your cache.

Thanks for answering!

Yes anytime you browse the internet data gets received by your CPU. Anything you do on the internet contributes. However some things contribute more than others. Things such as live games, and streaming video, are among the worst for breaking those kinds of limits.

For billing a download is data coming at you. Upload is data leaving you. Streaming is a huge amount of data. Far more than a straight download of the actual file.

indeed while you watch a video

    you are technically downloading it

    yes.

if you watch them again, it will double the bandwidth wastage...

to save some megabytes.. it is best to watch it offline.. especially if you watch them repeatedly.

this will help you... use 'zillatube'

it is the easiest (and also the fastest) way.

Zillatube easily download videos from Youtube... to your computer, and more (e.g. it will help you convert them, or just watch them easily anytime you want).

It works very well - to get ZillaTube, click the link below, and select the first search result for download...
