Ladies, do you have a racial preference when it comes to dating?

A preference is just that...what we 'prefer' but not all we will accept. I've dated a number of guys in my lifetime that didn't meet a particular preference I had. I didn't like them less for it.

I think that you should date whomever you choose based on how they treat you. Personally, I prefer a gentleman that knows how to treat a woman.....that is my preference. I think the only way a problem arises with dating outside your race is when it comes down to the families. Families normally have a tougher time accepting so I think if you do care what your family thinks then most likely that will enter your mind at some point. It can get complicated. I also think that if he or she is of a different race yet they are a professional (like a doctor or attorney) then that also comes into play and families will be more accepting.

I have dated handsome black, white and Spanish men. I'm a 23 year old black woman. I don't care about race as much as I care about how well a man treats me. So maybe you do have a chance with this girl. Just ask her out and see what happens.

I definitely would date out of my preference and I have. But everyone is different. Some people are very serious about what they are into to.

If you're a good guy, and she likes talking with you I bet she'll be willing to give you a try at least.

To answer your question...i used to have preferences but I realise that looks is not everything. Personality wins the best really so if I meet a guy who is of a different race and he likes me alot and treat me well then i am a very happy, happy woman! (oh as long as he doesn't have missing teeth!) lol

i wouldnt say i have a preference, im just not attracted to blacks or mexicans, etc that way. im white and my best guy friend is black, but i dont find them attractive. i wouldnt call it racist or a preference, its just the way hormones work. if i was attracted to another race, hell, id go for it. but mainly i like my own race that way, but i do think some other races can be cute, but not attractive in a sense that i wanna go out with them. but maybe this girl will like you anyways! hope i helped :)

well depends on the person,but yea im not a racist person at all.i have friends from all races,but when it comes to dating i personally prefer nice blacks,hispanics,never dated a white guy but i would..n asian or other race i dont know but if they treated me nice i think i would!GUD LUCK,but give her a chance u never kno she might like u!

I can be attracted to guys outside that race.... there are plenty of cute guys outside of the Asian race. But it's not all about looks!

I'd date someone outside of that preference, if I like them for who they are.

***It's not racist to have a preference- it's something you can't help! I'd consider it racist if one were to compare two races, and say one is better than the other. But saying you find a majority attractive? I don't think that's racist....

I do NOT have a preference. I would date anyone from any race as long as they have a good personality and good morals
