i have to lose 15kgs by march 2010 i.e,. 7 months?

I'm 5'6" and 65 kgs and want to be maximum 55kgs and minimum 52 kgs ... please suggest methods which hv worked for u n r not frm google jus coppied and pasted....n i hv no interest in buying any diet plan or going on extreem diets practically killing myself. n if u recommend gym please add the exercises also!

    Try honey and cinnamon. boil water add cinnamon and keep it for an hour and drink with honey. early morning and bed time this will reduce your weight gradually.

    If u really dedicated for weight loss go for cabbage diet.have cabbage cabbage and only cabbage. its very effective i have lost 4 kgs in month and practice very easy yoga that is kapalbhathi every day 45 min. early morning dink a glass of water without brushing your teeth this will detoxify your body hence promote weight loss. trust me u wil surely see results in one month. all this don't require any hard-work so start working.I am very lazy but these things are very simple to follow i tried it now its your turn.

    My suggestion :Three points you have to do,

    1.Go to bed early and wake up soon in the morning,

    2.Daily atleast 2 hours walk one hour in morning and one hour in the evening,and drink hot water before you walk.

    3.Eat you foods in time and avoid fat items.

    If you do this surely with in three months you can reduce up to 7-8 kgs.

    Avoid sweets for some days.

    hey dudue Just relax you can do it that not a big deal at all Just stay calm and practise a STRICT DIET and eat Only vegetables,no oily food,go for running in morning at leats run for 2 km every day and c the result booooming i am dam sur you gonna catch that in just 1\2 the time.....but you have to sacrifise your eating habbits and sleeping habbits Nothing come Easy No Pain No Gain taht the truth .......

    You do understand that he gained Ohio with an inflow of recent electorate. the polls purely replicate those people who have been on the rolls interior the previous election. Many Obama supporters are no longer on the lists that have been pronounced as. My pals and kinfolk stay in Ohio and there ecstatic that they helped to go with him.

    just do proper workout and totally stop dieting it is not a solution just avoid high fat diet only take nutritious diet it will definetly help u
