Would Kennedy of lasted as long as he did if he had to rely on a Canadian like health care system?

Update:

Or would he still be on a waiting list for treatment?

Update 2:

Tonalac, I realize that, but Im saying if he was a typical citizen like you or me?

Update 3:

Vanguard I am going to humor your argument, but Canada has a subpar health care system when it comes to prompt treatment.

If you haven't used the Canadian healthcare system, you really can't comment on it's ability to serve it's customers. Canadians that I know would never, ever swap for our services. In fact, the Canadians that I know here have gone through the trouble of moving back to Canada to have medical treatment rather than use our system. I'm sure there are things about it that they'd like to see changed but it isn't the poor system you'd like to think it is...and it covers everyone!

The point would have been moot, since he was so rich he could get any kind of health care that he wanted.

Yes he would have, because life expectancy is higher in Canada.
