Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni (seriously, this anime is pure horror. some episodes are nice and happy, but there is lots of slashing, beating, stabbing, slicing, and torture)

higurashi no naku koro ni is great but it does have a little blood but not much.
um..hellsing......is okay too.

either I am made of sterner stuff or I haven't found it yet, but there is nothing I have found that fits your criteria
