If I take the three week CNA certification classes...?

How long will it take for me to become an RN and then a neonatal nurse.

Same as anyone else--you don't get any credit. SO the associates route in 2 years core + pre-reqs; the bachelors RN is 4 years. The neonatal parts just takes getting hired for that job--so that time frame is unpredictable.

Sorry I may not be of much help, but here in MO I know that at most nursing homes you can apply for an NA position and then usually the nursing home will offer you classes there at your place of employment to get your CNA license. My sister-in-law did this to get her CNA license
