Resolved questions: I just discovered that you can comment on resolved questions?

I have on a few.

One guy comment negatively about me getting best answer. I saw the comment and replied to it which started a little debate for a few comment sessions.

BRB with it if I can find it quickly.

I did know about this, but I usually don't comment unless I missed being able to answer the question and I felt I had something important to add. I have only commented once though.

Occasionally I will read resolved questions and answers if it was interesting to me.

Yes, you can always go back to the question even after it's been resolved and add a comment in the 'comment box'.

No, what are the chances of them being read by the asker or others who could benefit?

I wish Y!A could start notifying the asker "You have a new comment on your resolved question".

Wait- I've done it when the asker gives me BA and then leaves a snide comment, so I go like "10 (or whatever) points for me- YAY!!!")

is comment

click write your comment

then press submit

I have commented to thank the person for choosing my answer as best. Or congratulated them on choosing an answer better than my own.

I have commented as a second comment after the question was resolved. Urging the Asker to re ask the question and leave it up longer.

I've commented AFTER the answer was chosen to say, oh I would have said..... da da da... as my answer.

Yeah not that many people know about it but it is a less used option I only found out last spring about it when I visited on old question and somebody posted a comment. But yeah one of the less used things around here.
