Why does Obama say he is not lying?

You have found the difference between the letter of the law, and the Spirit.

The letter of the law is just that-the actual words on the paper.

The spirit of the law is what was intended by the law, what it was supposed to achieve and how and why.

So Barry says that illegal aliens will not be covered or allowed to participate. And he's right, there's nothing in that bill to allow it.

But there is also nothing in that bill which specifically denies access to illegal aliens and so the illegals are going ot be swamping our health care system.

In the mind of a DemocRAT, that's not a lie at all.

It all comes down to the letter and the spirit of the law. That, and as any lawyer will tell you...never let the facts get in the way of the truth.

Obama is lying so much because he his wants his health care program to be his legacy along with being the first half white to be elected president of the USA.

Would you say you're lying if your biggest political dream is on the line? He is a politician and lying to pass crap is part of the job.

When is the last time you heard a president, any president, say I lied about what is in this legislation. Get a grip.

Because in his own mind he has talked himself into think that he is now lying!

He's obviously talking to his base, because no one is going to believe a word he says. He lies.
