Would this mess up my tattoo?
I want to get a tattoo in the upper middle of my back. The problem is I lift weights a lot and am constantly getting bigger. I am a competition power lifter and amateur bodybuilder. Will my back getting bigger affect my tattoo later in life?

You'd have to gain/lose more than 80 pounds for it to distort your tattoo. The back, the middle of the back between your shoulder blades, will not distort much if at all from your weight lifting. I got a back tattoo, gained 80 lbs, and its just the same.
