Where in the Constitution does it say, that all americans must have health care?

Also, where are we going to get the money for this program? We don't have the money!!! Obama said he's not going to tax us for the money, that mean he has to cut something else. What is there for him to cut? What is he going to cut?

Update:

The Constitution doesn't say that we can't have universal healthcare. Billions would be saved if greedy CEOs and shareholders were cut out of the equation. Billions more would be saved by investing in preventive care, rather than waiting for the last minute and going to the emergency room.

Where does it say that Americans should not have health care?

As for cutting programs, I can think of billions of dollars worth of programs to cut. Let's start with:

    1) ACORN

    2) Paying farmers to NOT produce

    3) Paying for non-foreign affairs Congresspeople to fly around the world

    4) Iraq

    5) Paying for the President to fly around the country signing bills

    6) Paying for our Congress to focus on stupid things like getting mad at someone for shouting once during a speech

    7) Paying for a bill to verify someone's birth certificate when it has been verified by those who are already required to verify it

    8) Paying for military equipment we aren't using

    9) Paying for multiple programs that meet the same needs

    10) Paying for the production of things that cost us more than their value, such as pennies

There are plenty of programs to cut. I would think that Republicans would be all over the cutting of programs to reduce taxes. Instead they only cry about an increase. They don't do anything to actually make cuts. Maybe reducing the impact on Emergency Room care we could have an impact on the amount of money we are spending on health care.

Oh, please! Keep tossing out the Constitution. What bull! Listen up! The Constitution is an affirmative document...that means that what isn't forbidden is allowed. How to pay for it? How do folks pay now? They get a bill in the mail, they have payroll deductions and there's general taxation that folks are already paying to cover Medicaid and a host of other programs. But once again, listen up! Nobody has suggested HEALTH CARE. The issue is HEALTH INSURANCE. The more people enrolled, the lower the cost per person..it's called shared risk! I can understand how some people don't like Barack....I'm down for that, but by holding up some form of Universal Health Insurance the folks that don't like Barack are screwing several millions of their fellow americans out of HEALTH INSURANCE coverage that may mean life of death. If ANY of these people die their deaths will be a direct result of the lies and BS upchucked by folks that post 'questions' like this one. And for what? To protect the thieves and rascals of the health insurance mafia? How sick is that?

It's right next to the section about starting preemptive wars and providing free, universal health care to all Iraqis and Afghans via our tax dollars.

Obama said the middle class wouldn't be taxed. Bush's tax cuts to the richest 1% are more than double the cost of this health care bill---or any health care bill. Rescinding them would bring us enough money alone....but we will also seek out ways to cut waste out of other programs.

It's right before the clause that says that we must worship and defend the insurance companies' death panels.

Right in the Preamble. It says that the Government should "promote the general welfare" of it's citizens. If Health care isn't "general welfare" then I don't know what is.

It doesn't. But a country is judged by how well they take care of their citizens. America fails.
