Suggestions on where to find a white toddler shirt with red stripes?

I'd like to put together a Halloween costume for my son.  Unfortunately I don't sew, so I'm hoping to find a ready made shirt that is similar.  I've tried the websites I could think of (Wal-Mart, Target, Children's Place, Sears, K-Mart, Gap, Old Navy, Craigslist) that sell toddler's clothes -- what suggestions do you have?

Target had oodles of red and white striped shirts at the beginning of the summer.  Check their clearance racks.  This time of year you'll be hard pressed to find one since most stores have their fall and winter stuff coming out now.

go to the store n get it cause ive seen plenty shirts like that n the stores

in this order i would try,,wal-mart,oldnavy and then target
