What does this mean on a Trane furnace?
I opened the panel and the led error light reader states its a pressure error. Is this something I can do myself or should I call a HVAC Tech?

If you power down the furnace and it still come back either you have a bad part or exhaust or intake is plugged.

Most likely need a tech, but you can at least check the exhaust flue pipes(if they are at ground level, stay off the roof!) for any obvious blockage like a bird nest. That's about it.

All depends what you want to achieve. If you trying to have some heat at home and have problem with furnace - call HVAC Tech. If you trying to cause a house fire and get hurt - you are on a right track doing it yourself while you do not understand how does this thing works.
