Can you help me with a Mickey's Beer, under the cap puzzle?

Question

It has a donkey, a Cent sign, the & sign, UL, and then a guy getting something from a box, like he's finding or receiving something... its driving me and my friends crazy... I looked on Mickey's home page, but its not listed and what I thought it said, doesnt really make sense. Please help.

Update:

I figured "ask and you'll receive" or "ask and you'll find" but it would make more sense for an A$$ and a cent sign to mean Ascent or something like that.

"As.s" + pronunciation of "c" = "ask" & "U" "L" find out.

Not sure about the word "find "but I reckon it will be something similar!

I like Mickey's, i think it is pretty good and gets u buzzed fast.
