Wait until your insurance kicks in... You are young and can wait a few months at least. Then, make an appt. with a reproductive endocrinologist. They are specialists in treating PCOS and helping you get pregnant. They will know what tests to do and what blood work to check and will move forward with the appropriate treatment.

If you have PCOS, there is a good chance you're probably not ovulating as you should.

If you've been bleeding for that long, your hormones are probably not balanced.

You really need to find some way to have some tests done. Get some blood drawn so they can check hormone lvls, your thyroid, etc etc.

I bled for 3 months straight and it was b/c my hormones were just all screwed up due to raised insulin levels and hypothryroidism.

Also if you aren't ovulating the way you should be, they'll probably want to get you on clomid. Maybe even metformin.

Hopefully your bleeding will stop soon though.

Stop trying to get pregnant. You don't realize how stressful it is to to to get pregnant and all that stress prevents you from getting pregnant. My husband and I tried for two years. We stopped trying while I was waiting to get fertility tests. I am now 5 weeks pregnant and I didn't have to any of the fertility stuff. It was completely unexpected.

Wait until November to try again and just enjoy sex instead of making it a chore. Your fiance will appreciate that as well.
