lost all my iphone music help transfering it?

Question

all the files in my itunes are missing when i click it it asks me to locate it. but i havent synced my iphone and cannot spen the time ripping 3000 songs how can i transfer music from my iphone to itunes or pc. im running vista with a iphone 3g. and it has to be free no trial versions
