for a few weeks now ive heard on spike channel that the season 3 premiere of blue mountain state was the 21st of seotember. so i tuned in and it was the beginning of season 2?

I had a nap earlier today and when I woke up I couldn't move my left big toe up. I can move it down but it feels stiff. I can also barely move the entire left foot up and when I try I get a pain in the from of my ankle. I can move the foot a little but not as much as the other. There really isn't much swelling or redness. It feels really stiff around the toes joint.what could cause this? Should I see a doctor or go to the hospital or wait it out?
