im abotu 5'11 and 250 pounds i want to lose weight fast so im going to the gym doing lots of cardio and lifting weights. i wanna use a protein shake but im so confused what one do i use to help lose weight? when do i take it before or after? any other recomendations to lose weight fast other than a healthy diet lol
