Best prepared teams for the future?
Which teams look like they have prepared themselves for future success, be it through the draft or through free agency? In other words which team has youth at multiple spots, stable coach(es), great front office, and veterans to teach the young players?

Philadelphia Eagles. How about this for a young nucleus/core:
QB - Kevin Kolb
WR - DeSean Jackson
WR - Jeremy Maclin
WR - Jason Avant
TE - Brent Celek
RB - LeSean McCoy
All these guys are under 25 and contributors already; some more so then others. Celek and DeSean Jackson have legit chances at a Pro Bowl this year, both only in their second years. They're all learning from the current veteran regime in Philly, some guys whom have been a part of many NFC East title teams. (Westbrook, McNabb, Curtis, etc). As for coaching, Andy Reid just got his 100th win yesterday, whether you're a fan or not; it's hard to argue with that success he's had over the past 10 years.

San Francisco is a young team that should get better over the next couple seasons. Minnesota is young without Favre, but they need a young franchise QB. The Cowboys are a young team, minus the offensive line and should only get better. Miami is very young and may have found a franchise QB in Henne. Pittsburgh, Tennessee, and New England are very old and will fall off quickly.

Well thers a few teams that look like this and for me you look at defense and running back. Minnesota even without BF is a great football team and also the falcons with Matt Ryan at the helm. Even a team like the 49ers are built for the future as soon as the niners get a QB watch out

The Jets have the core of a dominant defense (Kerry Rhodes, Darrelle Revis, David Harris and Bart Scott) for years to come and the core of a potentially explosive offense (Mark Sanchez, Leon Washington, Braylon Edwards, Jerricho Cotchery and Dustin Keller) for years to come.
Look for them to fill some of their holes over the next two offseasons and put together a real championship contender.

I'd say any team with a young QB that can play. Falcons, Jets, Ravens, Packers, Giants ETC. The Quarterback position is the hardest position in the NFL to fill.

your question describes the Steelers
the running game is coming together
and when Troy is ready in a couple weeks,
it'll all come back together
our 2 loses came from last second field goals
in games where we lead most or all the game
no one can say they dominated us

Any team with a franchise qb.
