I don't think that so long as you're not profiting from the image or carrying out illegal activities with the image, they'd actually give two hoots tbh with you. And if you are looking to make money from it or carrying out illegal activities then of course you won't get permission. So long as it's above board and you're not making money from it, it really shouldn't be a problem.
