something is wrong with medical care?

secretary in docs office ,not a nurse, preformed EEG,

professional or not?

    How can you be certain she wasn't certified to do an EEG? Did you ask?

    You don't have to be a nurse to have that certification.

    If she is trained to do such an exam,then it's fine. If not,then I'd report it.

    Maybe she was a Medical Assistant.....
