Hold on if it was on Fox kids.....then it could be Escaflowne. The details are a little bit off on your description, but there's a high possibility it could be Escaflowne. I'm like 75% sure on this one.

I find it funny that someone would give my a thumbs down when I've tried this whole time to help this person and in the end I've still got the right answer. It's Escaflowne, I'm almost completely sure. This is the only anime that played on Fox Kids that had any sort of guy with wings, girl with brown hair and a guy with blond hair. Also I was the first one to say Escaflowne. I'll give everyone a thumbs up....except for Black Rose of course. :)
