1999 Pontiac Trans Am code P446,what is a common problem with evap vent performance?
P446 I've replaced the canister purge solenoid and the pressure control valve, checked the vac lines,dropped the tank.Whats left? I can't get the car inspected.
we do not top off or run it empty. new gas cap,purgecotrol solenoid,pressure cotrol valve dropped tank checked all lines. After 25 miles light is on. P446 evap emission control system vent circut malf.

Gas cap or computer. You're not one of those people tops of their car's gas tank: Are you? If so; you are the problem.

clear/reset the code and see if it comes back.
with key turned to accessory mode, but without the engine running....pull the pcm bat and pcm ign fuses. let it sit for 2 in, remove key, then reinstall fuses. this method will clear your pcm
