I don't remember him singing or dancing in The Three Musketeers (1948). In fact, he said that it was his favorite non-musical role.

"Inherit the Wind" is one film, but he also had a non-musical role in "North and South" (TV miniseries), in which he played Senator Charles Edwards.
Also, he didn't sing or dance in "Viva Knieval!", did he? I don't recall whether he did in "40 Carats", and I'm fairly certain he doesn't in "Marjorie Morningstar". I think both of these gave him non-musical roles. It's been a very, very long time since I've seen "The Cross of Lorraine", but I think that war movie doesn't have any musical moments, at least that I recall.
I've probably forgotten other films that he did that don't involve singing and dancing. So, "Inherit the Wind" is not the only one.

Easy. Inherit the Wind, which was a thinly veiled account of the Scopes Monkey Trial.
He played the reporter.
