Your question doesn't really make sense. I take it you know their full name?

Look them up in the phone book, try writing an ad in gumtree (people who know them might see it, or they might google their name) or you can google their (Plymouth's) local paper and put an ad in there. Not sure what heading it would be under, but there will be some place for it, and it could say something like "need to contact Susie Smith blah blah" and leave an email or phone number or your name. Most likely even if they are not in Plymouth they have family or friends there who would pass the message on that someone is looking for them. Good luck

Facebook is always a good way to try and find someone if you know the name of the person and area they live in, as a lot of people are using these days. If you do find the person on facebook you are able to send them a private message even if you are not on their friends list.

Have you done all the obvious things like looking them up on Google, using the phone book, joining Friends Reunited, Facebook, Bebo and asking on each of them?

Other things will really cost money though.
