It never ceases to amaze that people live in such narrow sexual worlds. Females have fetishes, males have fetishes. There is nothing wrong with exploring your sexual desires and fetishes or even engaging in alternative sexual play just so long as all parties involved are consenting adults. The problem seems to be that people are afraid of being labeled by others if their desires become known (as seen in the question). For those of us who live in the much more open alternative lifestyle, we know that there are many diferent ways to gain sexual pleasure and to give sexual pleasure, thus having better and more open relationships because of it. The vanilla world cracks me up. They are so busy judging others that they take no time to experience the variety of sexual pleasures.

As someone has already noted, women are simply discouraged from being open about their personal sexuality more than men, so they don't get advertised as much.

They do, however, become known in the context of an intimate relationship. And I haven't had a serious girlfriend yet who hasn't expressed an interest in at least one 'fetishy' thing in the course of the relationship.
