My skin feels hot all the time?
I live in TN so It's not really hot or cold. Always pretty normal climate. But for some reason my skin always feels burning hot. I'm not sick. I rarely get colds. and it's not hot flashes or anything because I always feel pretty comfortable. People will shake my hand or put their hand on my arm and be like OH MY GOSH you feel like you're on fire.
What could this be? Medical problem? A normal thing?
Thanks for your answers.
I have been exercising a bit more lately but mostly indoors so I don't get too hot. And I'm very healthy. I drink lots of water and eat good foods.
I'm totally confused. My temperature is always normal. Even when I'm extremely sick. But I can wear flipflops in Winter and feel fine. Crazy stuff like that. If you're familiar with the Twilight saga, I'm very much like Jacob. I'm warm ALL THE TIME. I'm going to close this question but if you come up with something, comment or email me. Thanks.

Well, have you tried taking your temperature to make sure you aren't running a fever? Maybe you are sick. If you are not, then I wouldn't worry about it. Otherwise, just go to the doctor.

You seem to have a little problem with your sweat glands. Have you been exercising lately. The body's heat should always be at a normal level after sometime of expelling all those body sweat. You can experience this after drinking a lot of water after a rigorous training or exercise. So remove those toxins and live a better lifestyle.
