The police are out of control! For that matter, so are their wives!

Do you think that Williamson would have been arrested if he were a naked woman making coffee in her own kitchen? Doubtful. What next? Will they start arresting all victims of Peeping Toms too?

There is a thin line between being in your home naked and indecent exposure. You can walk around all day in the nude in your house as long as your drapes or blinds are closed but you can't stand in front of an open window where the public can see you.
My Wife and I live in a very rural area and she got caught in the nude by our neighbors once and another time one of her coworkers stopped by unannounced and saw us having sex on the couch through a window but both times these people did not ring the doorbell at the base of the outside stairs (we have a split level house). They have nothing to complain about (although her coworker told everybody at my Wife's workplace about what she saw). Technically we could have charged her with Peeping Tom but no harm done. She was on our property looking in our window.
The case you linked to is going to be a case of 'he said, she said'.

Wow... I live in a city where we have parades of naked people, we have s&m festivals, there are naked people and party people at these parades all the time... and I don't think anyone has ever been arrested... in fact the police are there blocking off the streets for all these naked people running around.
Guess where I live?
You got it, San Francisco! Tell these police officers to take a trip to my city and they will be arresting people non-stop.

I can't help but wonder how long she stood outside looking in the window to see him. Sounds like she has a problem looking into other peoples houses.

This is the very least of what these monsters do.
Arrest peeper victims next? They will kill them instead.
The perv looking through the window was a relative.

Not in that case... He was able to be seen by the public. If the public had to go out of their normal way to see THEN it'd be fine... for him at least!

So you have no problem with me standing naked in my living room window and exposing myself to kids as they walk by on the street? I could care less if someone is naked in their house, but when they can be seen from the street then there is a problem. Being in your house does not allow you to expose yourself to others.............common sense.

No, he shouldn't be arrested. Children should be taught not to look into people's windows.
