The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Master Quest was a limited promotional offer that came free when you preordered Wind Waker. It was never released on the N64. It was never sold in stores, either, other than the occasional used copy. The only place you're likely to find it is online, and it's ridiculously overpriced...
There isn't much difference between the two, other than a few changes due to cultural problems (the Islamic symbol on the Mirror Shield and all over the Spirit Temple, as well as the Islamic background music in the Fire Temple was apparently, offensive to Muslims). The temples were also made A LOT harder, and the Water Temple was redone so it isn't as ridiculously hard...Other than that, the games are pretty much the same.

You can get the original Ocarina of Time for the N64, but the MasterQuest edition is a GCN exclusive

I've never played a WII ever, so I can't say if it's good or bad. I used to own N64 of OoT, and I can say it was awesome. If you can get the game for $10, you should definitely do that. Even if you get the WII version too, make sure to buy the N64 before someone else does!

Yes... All Masterquest really does is change up the temples though.
