I am not an atheist, (although I do accept evolution).

But as far as I know, all atheists accept evolution.

But not all supporters of evolution are atheists. (That's very important.)

... Also, people who accept evolution often have a hard time with that phrase "believe in evolution." 'Belief' is a loaded word. it implies unquestioning *faith* in a concept. So you do not 'believe' concepts of science, you just accept them conditionally ... i.e. on the *condition* that the idea is the best explanation so far, based on the current evidence.

So to say "I believe in evolution" feels as weird as saying "I believe in gravity" or "I believe in atoms and molecules." These are *explanatory ideas* (which is what the word 'theory' means). My confidence in evolution is as strong as my confidence in the theory of gravity ... but if someone comes along tomorrow with a better idea, or with new evidence, I am willing to look at it.

either no, or all the atheists (or people claiming to be) i meet on here who (also claim) to not accept evolution are trolls...

so the answer is a big fat maybe, seeing as i don't know all atheists

i would have to think at least most of them do

Nearly all of us think along the lines of the evolution theory, but not all of us believe in it religiously (get the pun?)

However, most of us approach the subject from a scientific point of view, and not from the "are you telling me that my grandad was an ape" view held by many theist fundamentalists. :-)

    Nope.

Atheism is a lack of belief in a god or gods.

Beyond that, you'll find atheists who are educated and atheists who aren't.
